Here are some awesome, healthy meatballs featured in the meal plan of Body Beast! They would be great at a party/tailgate with some toothpicks, or even on top of some spaghetti squash or whole wheat noodles!
Serving size: 5 meatballs. (makes 6 servings)

Cooking time: 20 minutes
-Nonstick cooking spray
-1-1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
-1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
-1 large egg, lightly beaten
-3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
-2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
-2 Tbsp. all-natural tomato sauce
1. Preheat oven to 400*F, lightly spray a large baking skeet with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well by hand.
3. Roll mixture into 30 1-inch meatballs; place on prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until center is no longer pink.
Freezing tip: These freeze very well. Put one serving (5 meatballs) into a resealable bag and freeze for future meals. You can defrost them in the refrigerator and heat them in a toaster oven or microwave.
